1. Website Use
The website allows users to browse and purchase the displayed products. Using the website or completing any order constitutes full acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any use in case of misuse or violation of these terms.
2. Nature of Products (Custom-Made Products)
All products displayed on the website are custom-made according to the customer’s request (such as adding a name, text, or special design). Accordingly:
• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment is completed and production has started.
• The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully completed, especially for custom-made products. An exception applies only in the case of a clear manufacturing defect, provided that:
• We are notified immediately upon receiving the order
• The product has not been used
• Proof of the defect is provided
No claims will be accepted after the product has been used or after a period of time has passed since receipt.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
All product prices include shipping costs. Order processing begins after successful payment confirmation through the payment gateway. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the customer’s country and location. Shipping is handled through approved courier companies, and the customer will be notified once the order is shipped.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are for the product only and do not include customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed by the customer’s country. The customer alone is responsible for paying any such duties or taxes, and the company bears no responsibility for them.
6. Payment Policy
All payments are processed through approved electronic payment gateways, including MIBS. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent payment transactions. If a payment fails or is declined by the bank or service provider, the order will not be considered confirmed.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a dispute or chargeback through the bank or card provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to submit all necessary documentation to prove the validity of the transaction. This may result in account suspension or rejection of future orders.
8. Customer-Provided Content
The customer bears full responsibility for any text or content requested to be added to the product and confirms that such content does not infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws. The company disclaims any liability for claims arising from such content.
9. Safe Use of Products
Products are intended for sports or recreational use only. The company bears no responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper, or illegal use of the product.
10. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, the company’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product paid. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use or delay.
11. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if it is unclear, violates these terms, or is not feasible to execute. A refund will be issued only if production has not started.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Updates to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
